Archdale is a small city in Randolph County, North Carolina. It is located 3 miles SE of High Point and 69 miles NE of Charlotte. The city was originally known as Bush Hill, and it is named in honor of early Quaker governor John Archdale.

The city is home to a number of notable historical sites. In addition, it has a lively arts scene and an excellent public library.
